is the managing attorney of the Sherman Oaks office. Ms. Cipriano graduated from California Western School of Law in 2000 (2 year accelerated program). She received her B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997, where she graduated with honors. She has over 22 years of workers compensation defense experience representing insurance carriers, TPA’s, and self-insured employers. Ms. Cipriano is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and Certified Mediator. She handles all aspects of workers compensation defense and is typically brought in on high value/complex claims to resolve them. She also does contract work with the State Bar of California as an Exam Developer for the workers compensation legal specialist exam (when in development cycle). She was recently provided the title of Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science (voluntary) at USC Keck School of Medicine for her lectures to psychiatry fellows on workers compensation and psychiatry.
