Mohammed Saleh, B.A., J.D., is a Senior Associate at the Long Beach office. Mr. Saleh is a seasoned California Workers’ Compensation attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers. He brings more than a decade of experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including claim investigation, compensability disputes, medical-legal strategy, discovery, settlement negotiations, trials, and appellate matters. Known for his measured judgment and strategic approach, Mr. Saleh advises clients with an emphasis on efficient resolution, thoughtful risk assessment, and strong litigation positioning. Mr. Saleh’s experience is further strengthened by having practiced on both sides of the Workers’ Compensation system. In addition to his extensive defense work, he has represented injured workers, giving him firsthand insight into applicant counsel strategy, case valuation, and litigation dynamics. This dual perspective enables him to evaluate claims with greater precision, anticipate opposing arguments, and develop defense strategies that are both practical and effective. He has appeared before Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California and is experienced in navigating complex factual and medical issues with clarity and confidence. Mr. Saleh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. He also devoted substantial time during and after law school to volunteering with legal aid clinics in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, experiences that helped shape the professionalism, perspective, and client-focused discipline he brings to his practice.
